This morning our Kindergarten classroom had the privilege of learning all about being a soldier by Elliot's dad, Wade Vande Berg. What an experience for our children to see and talk to a real life hero, serving for our country and teaching us all about how God cares for them, even in a far away place. We were able to see pictures from his tour of duty in Kuwait, and he taught us all about the weather, his uniform, his truck that he guides, and let us see some of the shells used in the line of duty. Our children will never forget the experience, and we thank God each day for the mommies and daddies who serve for our country.
